Rebecca Riedel MS, LPC

Rebecca obtained her Master’s Degree in Community Counseling from the Accredited Counselor Education program at the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater. She has extensive training in Brainspotting, PTSD and complex trauma, as well as for adult children of narcissistic parents.

Rebecca’s experience includes working with clients who suffer from PTSD, grief, anxiety, depression, sexual abuse, spiritual abuse, narcissitic abuse, low self-esteem, etc. Rebecca utilizes a variety of techniques when working with her clients and creates customizable plans to meet her clients needs.

Additionally, Rebecca is passionate about education for all things mental health related, but particularly in relation to PTSD and trauma. Rebecca has launched a separate blog and brand called, The Restoration Therapist, focused on sharing, educating, and normalizing mental health issues. Rebecca also offers educational workshops and speaking engagements for individuals, non-profits, ministries and businesses.
